Irrigation Technician

KC Landscaping & Maintenance is currently seeking an **Irrigation Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience **to assist with the seasonal maintenance and repair of Commercial and Residential Irrigation Systems within the Town of Okotoks and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Troubleshooting wiring/electrical/hydraulic/mechanical problems
- Set, adjust and straighten sprinklers
- Repairing PVC/HDPE Line Breaks
- Identifying and repairing/replacing defective system components
- Spring Start up and Fall Winterization
- Operating Equipment including ¾-1 ton trucks with trailer
- Excavation/Trenching/Demolition
- Reading “as-built” Drawings, making corrections if necessary
- Low voltage wiring to system controllers
- Working independently and as a Team

**Experience and Certifications an asset but not required**:

- Certified Irrigation Contractor Certificate
- Fusion Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- Class 5 driving: 3 years (required)
- Irrigation: 2 years (required)
