**Job description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual starts, referrals, targets and objectives, as per tenure expectations
- Maintain a conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to interview, interview to enrollment and enrollment to start as determined by Admissions Management and Company directives
- Achieve a minimum sit rate number during each quarter as determined and set by Admissions Management
- Generation of referrals is a significant component of start business.
- Participate in Campus outreach projects
- Accountable for business growth through following up on leads and delivering information to prospective students in a timely manner
- Partner with Student Finance and the Education departments to ensure accurate and complete packaging
- Receive inquiry calls from all potential students interested in knowing or receiving information about the programs, including entrance requirements, curricula and College standards
- Comply with governmental regulations and standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students
- Assess suitability in accordance with Stanford’s sales approach and standards
- Identify potential problems, which may interfere with or be a barrier to a student’s successful entrance into or completion of a program
- Follow Stanford policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to enrollment and registration processes by maintaining quality controls to ensure that Stanford policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to enrollment and registration

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- High School graduation diploma plus a combination of relevant experience
- 1 or more years of sales/call center or admissions/recruiting experience required
- Experience with driving quotas, revenue, incentives required
- Experience in a commissioned environment is a strong asset
- Must have a passion for exceeding targets in a dynamic environment
- Must be result and metric driven with the ability to work independently and in a team setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
