**As a Treasury Clerk your responsibilities will include**:

- Receive incoming telephone calls from clients, dealing with inquiries and processing credit card payments
- Assist with the deposit of funds in the bank account of the appropriate entity and posting of cash receipts
- Assist with the completion and reconciliation of bank account deposit documents and post into billing system
- Writes off finance charges as required
- Processes small AR adjustments
- Attention to detail is critical
- Assist in managing client database
- Other duties as assigned and required

- High school diploma at minimum with a university degree and/or college diploma considered an asset
- Minimum 1-year bookkeeping experience and/or bookkeeping training is an asset
- Data entry experience is considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and consistently produce high-quality, accurate work in the processing of high volumes of numerical-based transactions within established deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in timely, diplomatic and effective manner
- You have intellectual curiosity that drives you to look further, broader, deeper
- You have demonstrated an ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team Willingness to roll up your sleeves whenever the need arises
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm (Hours may vary)
