**Role and Responsibilities**
- Install agriculture equipment
- Represent Norwell Dairy in a professional manner with peers and customers
- Work independently while communicating within a team environment
- Continued training as needed: on the job, in the classroom, and through book-learning with manuals
- Other opportunities as the business needs grow
- Will be required to take a turn with after-hours service schedule once adequately trained

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Problem solving, trouble shooting, and critical thinking.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision. Can see what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it.
- Drive to grow within the organization and keep current with new products and processes
- Milking equipment/Agriculture knowledge and experience is an asset, but not a requirement

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
