Quidi Vidi Brewery is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic procurement professional to join our team. In the Procurement Coordinator role, you will source suppliers, analyze costs, and develop relationships to negotiate and buy materials to meet the company's operational needs. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must. If you have a positive attitude, keen eye for detail and love craft beer, you could be a perfect fit for our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and analyze vendors; negotiate contracts and prices as required
- Organize and schedule buying of products for a variety of departments
- Track and record orders
- Monitor inventory stock levels of various raw materials
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of materials delivered
- Help create procurement budgets
- Analyze freight options and optimize based on various requirements

**Job Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Business or Supply Chain/Logistics degree or diploma (preferred)
- 1-3 years Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience using an ERP/Business Software (preferred)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
