**Position**
Relevant du Directeur du Service Après-vente - Canada, l'employé devra être capable de communiquer efficacement avec le client sur place et de bâtir des relations solides avec les client. L'employé devra également être en mesure de répondre aux questions techniques et d'assister le client par téléphone à différentes heures de la journée et être prêt à voyager de 2 à 3 semaines par mois, si nécessaire.

**Responsabilités**
- Installe des équipements nouveaux ou modifiés dans les installations du client pour
- garantir une fonctionnalité complète.
- Fournit des équipements de démonstration aux clients et aux concessionnaires.
- Effectue des démonstrations d'équipement pour le personnel du client et fonctionne comme une ressource pour répondre aux futures questions liées à l'équipement.
- Fournit une assistance technique sur site pour aider au dépannage et à la réparation de l'équipement.
- Fournit un lien de communication entre le client et la société pour garantir qu'un service efficace est fourni.

**Qualifications**
- Avoir un esprit logique et méthodique.
- Sachez utiliser vos connaissances lors de la réalisation de vos travaux.
- Doit avoir des connaissances et une aisance dans l'entretien d'équipements lourds ou de camions (mécanique, hydraulique, électrique, pneumatique).
- Soyez prêt à voyager à travers le pays si nécessaire.

**Position**

Reporting to the Aftersales Service Manager - Canada, the employee will have to be able to effectively communicate with the customer on site and build strong relationships with said customer. The employee will also need to be able to answer technical question and support the customer over the phone at varying hours of the day and be willing to travel 2-3 week out of the month when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Installs new or modified equipment at the customer's facility to ensure full functionality.
- Delivers demonstration equipment to customers and dealers.
- Conducts equipment demonstrations for customer personnel and functions as a resource to answer future equipment related questions.
- Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Provides a communication link between the customer and the Company to help ensure that effective service is being provided.

**Qualifications**
- Have a logical and methodical mind.
- Know how to use your knowledge when carrying out your work.
- Must have knowledge and comfort in maintaining heavy equipment or trucks (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic).
- Be willing to travel cross-country if necessary.
