**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The YMCA of Quebec is looking for a talented and motivated person to fill a position of customer service and sales representative.

Inspired by the challenge of customer service and sales, able to identify the needs of the customer through active listening, the chosen person will have to make sure to optimize the customer experience of each subscriber. Represent the image of the YMCAs of Quebec to current and potential customers. We are looking for proactive people like the YMCA who are smiling, dynamic and passionate.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greets members, participants, and visitors to the centre and guides and directs them accordingly.
- Sell memberships and register participants.
- Listen to customers to identify their needs and interests and guide them in their choices.
- Highlight the YMCA's offer and inform about the various current promotions.
- Provide quality customer service according to SAM standards and YMCA Quebec policies.
- Answer the phone and direct the calls accordingly.
- Take initiatives according to the unforeseen and daily needs of the center.
- Adhere to YMCA policies and procedures governing the protection of children and vulnerable people
- Understand and integrate the value of philanthropy within their position and in the Association, and participate in fundraising activities / events

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Have experience in the field of sales and customer service.
- Ability to communicate easily in French and English.
- Able to work according to a flexible and variable schedule.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Have no judicial impediment in connection with employment.

**CONDITIONS**
- **Location**: YMCA NDG and YMCA Westmount
- **Hours**: Day, evening and weekends

Heures à temps partiel : 20 par semaine

Salaire : 16,39$ par heure
