Commercial Cleaner

In this role you will be part of a team who will work together to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable, friendly and energetic individuals who are looking for permanent employment in a thriving and positive work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining the cleanliness of meeting rooms, office spaces, common areas, lobbies, washrooms, offices
- Sanitize and spot clean all above areas
- Sweep and mop all hard surface floor areas. Vacuum all carpet.
- Empty waste receptacles and restock dispensers as required (soap, tissue, hand towels, etc.)
- Complete special cleaning projects upon request

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Self-motivated to work alone and in a team environment
- Positive attitude, good communicator, reliable
- Previous experience as a cleaner is an asset
- Criminal background check required

*A valid driver's license and vehicle
