**Landscape/Property Enhancement Manager**

Superb Group is growing We are a team-oriented professional landscaping company located in Guelph serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and more We are passionate about the services we provide and take pride in the properties we maintain.

Here is what you would be doing
- Create landscape property enhancement job schedules and adapt to changes last minute as required.
- Assigned tasks to direct reports/crews and ensure completion.
- Communicate and provide documentation to crews regarding jobs and deadlines.
- Monitor crews to verify they are working at maximum effectiveness and completing jobs as contracted.
- Monitor and assist crews with preparing vehicles/tools for each job.
- Assist crews with physically completing tasks when needed.
- Inspect jobs upon completion to ensure they meet the Superb standard.
- Ensure crews are following safety and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Be proactive, continually look for opportunities and suggest improvements for the overall betterment of the organization.
- Attend weekly meetings and engage in discussions providing input.
- Assist in crew hiring, training, crew reviews and discipline.
- Positive and Professional attitude with clients.
- Create and maintain a positive company culture while working interdepartmentally to help Superb operate at the highest possible standard at all times.
- Submit paperwork and documentation as required both electronically and/or manually.

Here’s what you bring to the team
- 5+ years landscaping/property enhancement experience.
- 2+ years management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of landscape materials.
- You are a good teacher and still willing to learn new things.
- You have a great attitude.
- Your super powers include meeting a challenge head on and solving the problem.
- You get along with people.
- You show up to work on time, ready to work.
- You get the job done, on time, the right way the first time.
- You have exceptional time management skills and meet deadlines.
- You know how to keep a jobsite clean and safe.
- You take pride in your work.
- You can use your smartphone.
- You are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
- You can legally drive in Ontario (valid G drivers’ license) and are willing to upgrade your license.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
