We've created a unique sales/estimating process. Our system is one of the industry's most simple and most effective. We estimate based on market rate - a process of collecting and analyzing data and then making informed decisions about price for the good of our company and for the good of our clients. We've been doing thousands of annual estimates for eight years and have a deep data set to guide your success. We're really good at this.

**Description of Duties**:

- Act on leads provided by the company for you
- Generate your own leads by reactivating existing clients and effort-based marketing/communication
- Use canvassing to optimize large, dense selling areas around work sites.
- Provide any needed information for the sales-to-production handoff meeting.
- Meet the Gross Profit (GP) Margin for the year by achieving the correct GP Margin on all sales.
- Meet all Sales Goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Strive to meet all commission requirements on every sale.
- Use company-provided estimate and proposal templates to share information with prospects.
- Discuss opportunities for professional development.
- Participate in Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings and Annual Performance Reviews.
- Ensure sales goals are met by executing tasks per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) demonstrated in reviews and ride-alongs.
- Maintain an understanding of contract information.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Two years or more of sales experience, establishing relationships and working to provide solutions to clients
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Experience selling in a painting environment an asset

**Compensation**:

- Highly competitive commission structure, decide your income
- 80 hours of vacation per year

- 4-day work week, less peak demand season

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
