- 40-50 hour work weeks
- Weekend flexibility (weather dependent)
- The ability to work Outside
- A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively
- Willingness to learn how to speak with clients and handle their questions and concerns

- Access to a full-time vehicle and license

**_ What's The Pay?_**

Starting at $19/hr, the most motivated and willing can make up to $25/hr Opportunity for bonuses and prizes as well

Monthly performance evaluation with the opportunity for a raise
