**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on History learning strategies and content review.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor instruction to their individual needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assist students in mastering History.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive activities and practice tests.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to succeed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of standardized testing formats and strategies for success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in tutoring or classroom instruction is a plus.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
