**JOB OVERVIEW**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent
- Maintain database via applicant tracking system
- Workable
- Arrange Interviews and complete reference checks as required
- Maintain weekly job vacancy spreadsheet
- Maintain employee referral list
- In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company
- All other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of Post Secondary Education
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience in-house or at an agency level
- Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment considered a strong asset
- Exceptional communication (both written and spoken), and great negotiation skills
- Strong MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced team environment
- Great interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Able and willing to travel as required
