We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experienced Server at our multiple locations. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide top-notch customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive and engaging dining experience.

**Menu Knowledge**: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist guests in making informed choices based on their preferences.

**Smart Serve Certification**: Possess a valid Smart Serve certification and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

**Efficient Order Management**: Handle orders accurately and efficiently, communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

**Upselling**: Proactively suggest additional items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to overall sales goals.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to maintain a smooth and coordinated flow of service. Communicate effectively to address any challenges or special requests.

**Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

**Table Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of tables, ensuring a welcoming and organized dining environment.

**Cash Handling**: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing guests with receipts and maintaining a secure and organized cash register.

Qualifications:

- **Smart Serve Certification**: Must hold a valid Smart Serve certification.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a server in a high-paced restaurant setting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Team Player**: Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- **Punctuality**: Reliable and punctual with a commitment to scheduled shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour
