**Job Title: OMVIC Certified Sales Representative** **Location: Lindsay Dodge, Lindsay, Ontario**

As an OMVIC Certified Sales Representative at Lindsay Dodge, you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle that aligns with their needs and preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers to the dealership in a warm and friendly manner.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' automotive requirements.

Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

Provide accurate and detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and aftermarket products.

Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, including test drives and negotiations.

Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance team to ensure a smooth transaction for customers.

Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and OMVIC regulations.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Utilize CRM software to manage customer information, follow-ups, and sales records.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

**Qualifications**:

- **OMVIC Certification**: Must hold a valid OMVIC Certification in good standing.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and various online platforms.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- **Valid Driver's License**: Must possess a valid G-Class driver's license.
