Using a variety of manual tools and machinery, you will be responsible for meticulously refining and perfecting the surfaces of our products, removing any excess materials, and achieving a superior level of polish. This role is physically demanding and is well-suited for individuals who derive satisfaction from delivering exceptional work.

- Previous experience with hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and polishers
- Experience working in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment is ideal
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in performing tasks within a work setting with elevated temperatures, dust, and high noise levels
- Able to wear a full-face respirator while working
- Reliable transportation, as HERD is not accessible via public transportation routes
