Temporary position until approximately June 25, 2023.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts. For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master's in Audiology;
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO);
- Working knowledge of hospital procedures and policies such as Code of Ethics and Occupational Health and Safety;
- Experience working with audiology specific software such as hearing aid programming software;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Superior judgement, problem solving skills and initiative;
- Superior interpersonal skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Audiology degree - AuD;
- Member of SAC;
- Ability to perform and interpret auditory evoked potentials, vHIT, VEMP, ECochG and VNG;
- Interest in evaluating, treating and counselling patients with Tinnitus and/or DST;
- An understanding of the psycho-social impact of hearing loss on an individual’s ability to function;
- Skills to properly assess and treat a wide variety of patients with various degrees and types of hearing loss;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
