Option - 5 day schedule with 2 off or 4 day schedule with 3 off
- this position requires working Saturdays

We are looking to welcome a Full time customer service focused Client Care Specialist to join our team.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for and appreciated. Additional responsibilities and qualities required for this role are;
Excellent customer service skills

Multi-tasking is key. Ability to prioritize and attention to detail

Admitting and discharging patients along with invoicing and processing payments

Ability to answer a multi line phone system

General housekeeping duties, cleanliness of reception area

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
