**POSITION OVERVIEW**
dormakaba is seeking a Product Management Assistant to join our team. The Product Management Assistant will work with the Product Managers and support them in their daily tasks and responsibilities. Assistant draft correspondences, produce various reports, respond to inquiries, compile promotional material, and perform other related duties.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Management, follow-up and classification of the various files and projects
- Compile and produce reports
- Create presentations on different products/solutions for the sales force
- Prepare communications related to product launches, price changes, promotions, etc.
- Inventory management of products and promotional materials
- Prepare the necessary documentation for business reviews
- Track and update sales forecasts
- Monitor and compile competitive information
- Ensure the control and distribution of samples
- Ensure clear and concise communication both with suppliers and internally
- Work together with the sales department / all departments
- Perform other tasks as required by the portfolio

**REQUIREMENTS**
- College degree (DEC)and /or BAC in Administration or relevant experience of at least 5 years
- French-English bilingualism, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of working in an SAP environment is an asset

**APERÇU DU POSTE**
dormakaba recherche un(e) assistant(e) de gestion de produits pour rejoindre notre équipe. L'assistant de gestion de produits travaillera avec les chefs de produits et les soutiendra dans leurs tâches et responsabilités quotidiennes. L'assistant rédige des correspondances, produit divers rapports, répond aux demandes de renseignements, compile du matériel promotionnel et effectue d'autres tâches connexes.
**FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Gestion, suivi et classement des différents dossiers et projets
- Compiler et produire des rapports
- Créer des présentations sur différents produits/solutions pour la force de vente
- Préparer les communications relatives aux lancements de produits, aux changements de prix, aux promotions, etc.
- Gérer l'inventaire des produits et du matériel promotionnel
- Préparer la documentation nécessaire pour les revues commerciales
- Suivre et mettre à jour les prévisions de ventes
- Suivre et compiler les informations sur la concurrence
- Assurer le contrôle et la distribution des échantillons
- Assurer une communication claire et concise tant avec les fournisseurs qu'en interne
- Travailler en collaboration avec le département des ventes / tous les départements
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins du portefeuille

**EXIGENCES**
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) et / ou BAC en administration ou expérience pertinente d'au moins 5 ans
- Bilinguisme français-anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- La connaissance du travail dans un environnement SAP est un atout.
