**Qualifications**:

- A unique and vibrant personality, tenacious drive, strong leadership skills, and a business-minded disposition
- Exceptional English language (written and oral) communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with parents
- Capacity to improvise and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Passion for working with pre-school, elementary, and high school children
- Incredible problem-solving abilities, passion, innovation, motivation, and resourcefulness
- Promote brand awareness of the Oxford Learning programs and services in the area
- Work directly with the owner to design and implement local marketing strategies in order to achieve enrollment growth in the centre
- Take responsibility for managing the centre, including supervision of employees
- Must be flexible in availability
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- The ability to create fun and engaging activities that encourage reading
- Be comfortable working with mínimal supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Have excellent organization, time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of individualized programs
- Learn to administer and interpret our dynamic cognitive and academic assessments
- Efficiently maintain accurate records
- Meet with families to regularly review progress
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)

**Specific Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an educational environment dealing with large student bodies
- Strong French language/additional language skills are an asset
- Strong Mandarin language (oral and written) skills are an asset
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
- Experience working in a business environment is an asset
- Experience with billing cycles required
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)
- Minimum university degree
- 3-5 years administrative experience in a supervisory role
- Teaching certification an asset
