Section Grower

**Company Overview**: Medical Saints is a leading cannabis cultivation facility dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis products for medical and recreational use. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Grower to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cultivation Management**: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation within your designated section, including planting, watering, feeding, pruning, and pest management.
- **Environmental Control**: Monitor and maintain environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and lighting to optimize plant growth and health.
- **Nutrient Management**: Develop and implement nutrient schedules tailored to the specific needs of cannabis plants at different stages of growth, ensuring optimal nutrition and health.
- **Integrated Pest Management (IPM)**: Implement IPM strategies to prevent and control pest and disease outbreaks, minimizing the need for chemical interventions.
- **Harvest Planning**: Collaborate with the cultivation team to schedule and plan harvests, ensuring that plants are harvested at the peak of their potency and maturity.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**: Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, including plant health, environmental conditions, nutrient schedules, and harvest yields. Analyze data to identify trends and optimize cultivation practices.
- **Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with local and state regulations governing cannabis cultivation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- **Team Management**: Lead and motivate a team of cultivation technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback as needed.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Collaborate with the facility management team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in cultivation areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, including nutrient management, and IPM.
- Familiarity with environmental control systems and equipment used in indoor cultivation facilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with Federal regulations.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
