**Job Description**:
The role of Licensed Plumber encompasses a variety of plumbing tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Licensed Plumber is required to complete all plumbing tasks in a safe manner, while setting priorities and maintaining work timelines and requirements. Understands Residential New Construction plumbing practices, receive instructions and work with other Plumbers and Apprentices.

Qualifications:
Experience
- 3+ years Plumbing experience as a Licensed Plumber
- Residential Plumbing experience
- Commercial & Industrial Plumbing experience considered an asset

Education
- Red Seal Licensed Plumber

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
- Organizational skills to effectively deliver in a fast paced construction environment
- Self-confidence to take the initiative to approach builders and potential customers/clients
- Achievement-motivated to work with LuKa Plumbing & Contracting Inc. to set and surpass realistic goals

Working Conditions:

- Working outdoors; may be exposed to rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold
- Works with chemicals or hazardous material
- Requires the ability to lift heavier loads up to 55 pounds
- Safety shoes and Personal Protective Safety Equipment required
- Would be climbing stairs, walking, squatting, kneeling, or driving
- Expected to make quick decisions, supervise Apprentices, problem solve

Work Hours
- 8-hour shift
- 7:00 am-3:00 pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend work from time to time to meet schedule demands

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on various plumbing systems and components.
- Work with gas lines, water lines, and sewer systems.
- Read blueprints of plumbing systems.
- Adjust plumbing fixtures according to customer specifications.
- Listen to customers' concerns and take appropriate actions.
- Talk to other plumbers when working on problems.

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
