**Overview**:
We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Solutions Manager on our Small Business commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Small Business clients. While working on a fun and collaborative team the CSM carries out a wide range of duties.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Working directly with clients to provide solutions to their insurance needs.
- Providing timely responses to client queries
- Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
- Marketing of accounts to ensure clients receive best coverage possible.
- Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
- Administration associated with client service such as: record notes and provide instructions on renewal, endorsement and cancellation processing.

**About you**:
