Spa Coordinator

**Position Title: Spa Coordinator**

**Part Time with possibility leading into Full Time.**

Wink Day Spa is on the look-out to fill a Part Time Spa Coordinator position.
Are you available to work 15-30 hours a week including days and evenings?

Being a Wink Team member you must be fun, dedicated, and committed to delivering the best client care, all while displaying a mature attitude within the Wink environment.

**Summary of Role and Expectations**:

- Direct Billing for Insurance Companies
- Greet and assist clients promptly
- Friendly Customer Service
- Address client requests and inquiries in a professional and timely fashion
- Managing Client appointments
- Knowledgeable about Spa Services Offered
- General cleaning duties including laundry

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in Administrative or Customer Service role
- Work independently and as a Team
- Customer service driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to focus in fast paced environment
- Sales experience
- Interest in Spa industry
