**Responsibilities**
- Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment conditions and methods using critical thinking.
- Check discrepancies, track payments and release pending files.
- Provide assistance in recording receipts in the system.
- Keep a detailed record of collection activities.
- Generate reports detailing the status of customer accounts.
- Participate in the creation of innovative solutions to optimize the efficiency of the department.
- Supervise and assist with credit reviews.
- Take charge and update the compliance portion (insurance certificates and portals)

**Qualifications**:

- English, mandatory;
- Ability to negotiate payment terms with clients while maintaining positive relationships
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience;
- Experience in credit analysis;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
