**Your Role**

As the Lead Builder at QUINN, you bring a wealth of expertise to the forefront, specifically particularly in wood framing construction for homes. Your profound understanding is the key that not only guides the construction of top-tier prefabricated wood wall panels but also positions you as a mentor to the team, contributing significantly to the entire production process. Your proficiency in diverse tools and methods ensures robust enforcement of quality and safety compliance, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. Beyond the plant, your role extends to guiding on-site framing crews and providing valuable insights during installations. This multifaceted position is pivotal in driving excellence within our manufacturing plant and supporting successful installations, showcasing our steadfast commitment to expertise and quality throughout the construction journey. Your keen eye for quality assurance is instrumental in meeting production schedules, enhancing customer satisfaction, and upholding our plant's dedication to excellence in prefabricated wood wall solutions.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma (College/University considered an asset)
- 10 yrs of construction experience specifically home building, low and mid rise
- Fluency in English (reading, writing and oral communication) and basic arithmetic
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude, leadership, integrity and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment
- Able to physically stand for 8-10 hour shifts and safely lift 50-70 lbs to waist height
- Able to take direction, collaborate with the team and respect ideas and opinions of others
- Able to perform detailed-oriented and repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to effectively share, instruct and contribute to the learning process of the team
- Able to demonstrate concern for safety and safe work habits as a top priority
- Able to work occasional overtime as required
- Experience with air and power tools
- Experience driving a forklift (licensed)

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
