Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across Europe, Australia and the United States. We specialize in formulating, producing and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.
Our company seeks a Health Coach who can take on coaching and operational responsibilities. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as coaching our clients into a healthy lifestyle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating health programs to maximize the use of our products, assist clients and offer a great branding experience;
- Become the company’s health expert;
- Create partnerships to expand our products;
- Answer our client’s questions and concerns;
- Create content for our site and social media, create health videos;
- Capture relevant information about the patient’s health and healthcare experience;
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate group events and classes for patients;
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Naturopathy, Psychology, or other Health Enhancement field or a related field.
- Education and experience in health coaching and health education.
- Experience providing customer service and possess the ability to encourage, engage, and motivate members.
- Demonstrated effective organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Effective communication skills
- An interest in supporting others live healthier, happier lives
- Previous experience working with clients.
- Knowledge of good health practices.
- Must be up-to-date with the latest health care developments.
- Proficient English skills
