This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Team Lead with expertise in NodeJS / NestJS.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
The Backend Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of scalable and high-performing backend systems.

Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, designing and implementing technical solutions, testing and debugging code, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with other teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Experience:

- Agile experience
- Built complex technology including SaaS and Marketplaces with multiple apps
- Team leadership
- Architecture, Design, API Design
- Microservices

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Node.js / NestJS and experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms
- Experience leading a team of developers and guiding them in software development best practices
- Experience with designing and developing scalable backend architectures and RESTful APIs
- Experience with database architecture and design with various SQL and No-SQL strategies
- Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps methodologies
- Experience in testing and debugging code with various tools such as Jest, Mocha, etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certification in relevant software development technologies, such as AWS, is a plus
- Additional programming languages such as Python, or React is a huge asset.
