**Job Summary**

**What is the Opportunity?**

As a Manager, IA Methodology & Practices you will support the maintenance and transformation of internal audit methodologies and practices, and the development and delivery of related change management efforts, including learning. You will help to ensure that methodologies and practices are aligned with global regulatory, industry and best practice expectations for financial institution leading edge internal audit functions. Finally, you will contribute to ad hoc special projects and initiatives, and conduct research to drive leading practices across the function.

**What will you do?**
- Support the maintenance and transformation of internal audit methodologies and practices.
- Support the development and delivery of related change management efforts, including communication and learning.
- Support the delivery of ad-hoc projects related to internal audit methodology and practices.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit theory and/or practice, preferably in financial sector
- Proven understanding of auditing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrate accountability, initiative, teamwork

**Nice-to-have**
- Professional designations (e.g., CIA, CPA, CA, CISA, CRMA)
- Working background/experience with major business segments of RBC or comparable peer bank
- Knowledge of the regulatory environments within the Financial Services industry
