**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our reputable pharmacy team. As a crucial member of our healthcare facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to our valued patients. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Review prescriptions for completeness and accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and package medications, including counting, labeling, and documenting dosage information
- Maintain proper storage and inventory of pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with prescription inquiries and medication counseling
- Process insurance claims and handle administrative duties related to medication orders
- Follow established procedures for medication compounding, reconstitution, and sterile product preparation
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols and regulations, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program is preferred
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy setting
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug dosage calculations, and pharmacy law
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing and inventory management
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software and dispensing systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and provide excellent customer service to patients
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong understanding of patient privacy laws and ethical standards in healthcare
