Job Description
Under the supervision of the Manager of the POS Team, the Junior POS (Point of Sale) Integrated Solutions Specialist is responsible for processing device orders, updating system manual guides and ensuring franchisee in-store technology is supported (Payments/Online/Gift cards/Loyalty) and support various departments need in terms of troubleshooting, access, support, training, etc.

Principal responsibilities
- Assist with recommended development functionalities with POS companies
- Research, recommend and implement emerging POS and restaurant related technologies
- Research, recommend and implement POS related internal processes, tools, integrations, and

migrations
- Review and verify the accuracy of the required documentation
- Escalate any documentation issues to external parties
- Help solve day to day troubleshooting, questions/cases and offer solutions based on their needs
- External partner communications, meetings, and follow-ups
- Train internal users with various requests
- Learn to identify client needs or recommend the appropriate product or service
- Learn the software systems used by the company
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer support tickets
- Undertake any other related tasks as requested by management

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources
- Excellent knowledge of Word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with technology (POS, Payment terminals, Online Gateway)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to diffuse

escalated requests
- Attention to detail and diligent in data entry activities
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers’ needs in a short period of time
- Bilingualism is required (French and English)

Working Environment and Hours
- Normally working a standard work week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm) in the MTY

office you are hired to cover, with additional hours as required. Flexibility is essential as out‐of‐
business‐hours work, and weekend work is sometimes required on an ad‐hoc basis.
