**About the Opportunity**

We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time, Monday thru Friday dayshift, Warehouse Employee based in Brampton, Ontario. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play an active role in fulfilling customer orders and ensuring the accuracy of the on-hand inventory. All necessary training will be provided.

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Off-loading inbound trucks.
- Loading outbound trucks.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Ensuring the accuracy of on-hand inventory.
- Ensuring order fulfillment procedures are followed.
- Assisting with other warehouse functions as set out by the Warehouse Manager.

**About You**

To qualify, you will need at least **1 year**of experience in a warehouse, production, or related industry setting.

In addition, skills, knowledge, and experience in the following are crucial to succeed in this role:

- Must be customer service driven.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance management.
- Must be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to operational changes.
- Must ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed.
- Must ensure all health and safety processes and procedures are followed.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven time management skill.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
- Must be able to work within expedited timelines.
- Experience working with hand scanners for picking and processing orders _(an asset)._
- Background in plastic supply and/or manufacturing _(an asset)._
- Licensed to operate an electric counterbalance forklift.

**Salary, Benefits & Bonuses**

As a valued member of the Laird Plastics team, you will receive a **$21.00 to $23.00** per hour starting wage (8.5 hour shift), evaluated based on skills and experience, along with excellent benefits that include:

As a member of the Laird Plastics team, you will be eligible to receive an annual **Profit Sharing Bonus**

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
