**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Champion the customer-centric and friendliness approach to our services and experience
- Responsible for the safe driving of passengers from our Nanaimo pickup locations to the Hullo terminal
- Ensuring the shuttle bus remains clean and conducts routine safety checks
- Welcome guests with joyfulness and enthusiasm, providing them a memorable experience
- In addition to shuttle busy duty, manage ticket sales, check-in procedures, and answer inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and follow the company's safety policies and procedures to keep customers and staff safe at all times
- Keep the terminal and front desk area clean and organized, ensuring that all equipment is in working order
- Provide high level guest service and engagement at all times, handling complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Be adaptable and flexible to take on any additional tasks as required

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Valid class 4 unrestricted license**:

- **Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or similar vehicle (25 passengers or less)**:

- **Physically able and willing to assist passengers who require assistance**:

- Experience providing high-level customer service and engagement at all times, handling customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to meet the demands of shift work that includes rotations that could occur over weekends and evenings
- A strong attention to detail and comfortable using technology
- Ability to be on your feet and moving around for an extended period of time
- Ability to take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance)
