**Job Description**:
Are you energetic, friendly, polite, professional, and motivated? Then we are eager to have you join our Patient Care/ Office Assistant team in the Tri-Cities.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting patients and guests in a welcoming and professional manner, while maintaining strong relationships and confidentiality that promote trust and client satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining an exceptional working knowledge of the programs and services offered at Coast Therapy. Ensuring information is accurate and consistently communicated to clients, prospective clients and staff to support business growth
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the reception area, treatment rooms and surrounding common areas
- Scheduling, booking and taking payments for all patients. Accuracy and attention to detail are very important
- Responding to our online booking requests with accuracy and promptness
- Performing on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other)
Experience and Qualifications:
- MOA certificate of achievement, or equivalent in-clinic experience
"experience with Janeapp system is a plus"
- Conscientious and professional, with respect for detail and a desire to consistently do a great job. Must be pro-active and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer experience, including Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, and dynamic environment
