**THE PROGRAM**:
Product Distribution Centre (PDC) operates a fully cost recoverable program which is a Health Canada licensed complete supply chain solution. Our approach includes program-specific supply strategy consulting, procurement of unique program goods, inventory management, account management and customer service support, and distribution of goods. PDC works with government, public sector, publicly funded agencies, and their end users. The program supplies medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, feeding supplies and equipment, personal care products, janitorial products, and personal protective equipment.

**THE ROLE**:
The Manager, Customer Service and Sales manages and leads the PDC call centre and client account management service unit, maintains collaborative partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services to clients, and communicates program goals and objectives. They manage and lead work unit budget, core policy and Health Canada regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Public Administration, Business Administration/Commerce, or related field and one (1) year of *related experience**; OR**:

- Diploma in Communications, Public Administration, Business Administration/Commerce Certificate Program, or related field and two (2) years of *related experience**; OR** Three (3) years of *related experience.- Related experience must include a combination of all of the following:

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team
- Experience in client account management including managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience preparing high level communications for senior leadership such as briefing notes, reports, presentations Experience with a CRM systemPreference may be given to applicants with one (1) of more of the following:

- Experience in a call centre environment
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
- Experience using an ERP (e.g. SAP) system.
- Experience supervising in a union environment
- Experience with the Health Canada regulatory environment
- Experience working in the supply of health care/medical products
- Additional years of experience in any of the above experience requirements and/or preferences
