Reporting to the Superintendent, the individual will be responsible to support the drilling and GeoExchange installations on various projects.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Demonstrate and promote safety.
- Prepare and clean up project drilling sites.
- Drillers helper; all pertaining duties in association with drilling operations. Includes drill pipe handling and casing installation/removal on drilling rigs.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tooling
- Assist with maintenance and repair of drilling equipment
- Inventory management and data entry of QA/QC information.
- Multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with Grouting and U bend installations; assist with the operation of grouter and tremie reel.
- Handle and distribute project materials (e.g., load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas).
- Run and maintain hose lines and water connections.
- Complete work-related safety documents and submit in a timely manner
- Reading drawings and determining measurements
- Perform other general duties and responsibilities as required.

- Lifting and working with materials weighing up to 25kg

**What You Bring to The Team**:

- Minimum of +1 year drilling experience an asset, but not required if currently enrolled in a drilling co-op program.
- Demonstrate and promote safety above all else
- Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
- Capacity for manual dexterity with physical strength and stamina.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Energy to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain.
- Capability to work long hours per day in all weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, team participation and communication skills
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
- Required Tickets: 4 Step Safety Awareness, Working from Heights or Fall Protection, Valid ON Driver’s License

- Energy Safety Canada 1st Supervisors Blow Out Prevention
- Resources Drilling Technician Diploma
- Rig Technician
- Earth loop technician
