**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute precise and efficient metal stud framing according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Proficiently install drywall to achieve a smooth and seamless appearance, meeting the highest industry standards.
- Skill in the installation and maintenance of T-bar suspended ceilings in commercial settings.
- Contribute your skills and knowledge to the successful completion of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Work closely with project managers, fellow carpenters, and construction teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and address challenges promptly, offering effective solutions to maintain project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Metal Stud Carpenter in the drywall industry.
- Proven expertise in metal stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustic solutions.
- Experience in commercial construction projects is essential.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
