We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with various tasks to ensure a smooth dining experience.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or food service)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for managing reservations and seating arrangements
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional phone communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
