**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, and compressors.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems and wiring.
- Perform repairs on heating and cooling systems.
- Inspect and repair building structures such as walls, floors, and roofs.
- Keep records of maintenance activities.

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
