- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
