We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team and contribute to a fun, friendly atmosphere by providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all who visit.

**Role Overview**:
As a Bartender/Server, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting with food orders, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well-cared for. You will help make Rally at Sherwood Village a comfortable and enjoyable place for members to socialize and relax.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and take orders, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and facility standards
- Assist with food orders, working closely with the kitchen and serving team
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, seating areas, and service stations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including compliance with Smart Serve regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or requests with a positive attitude
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service
- Interest in pickleball or a willingness to learn about the sport is a plus
