We are looking for fully NRCan Registered Energy Advisor or those who are currently going through the process of getting certified. We have opportunities available for dedicated contractor positions in Central and Southern Alberta: Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Brooks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with energy-related inquiries and concerns
- Lead and supervise a team of energy advisors to ensure efficient operations
- Fabricate and implement energy conservation plans for customers
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage energy usage data
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-saving initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to energy conservation

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of energy conservation principles and practices
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking and analyzing energy usage data
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
