**The Role**
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**
- Oversee one marketing team member, Marketing Coordinator
- Review existing marketing strategies and ensure their continuation or adapt them based on current goals
- Work with the Executive Team to develop short-term marketing campaigns to meet immediate business objectives
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, creating engaging content,
scheduling posts, and monitoring performance
- Coordinate and catalogue high-quality photographs for use in marketing campaigns and collateral
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and 3rd party marketing company
- Watch KPI’s to provide reporting and make adjustments to strategies as needed
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing or communications, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, social media management
- Availability to work on property full-time. This is not a remote position.
- Experience in photography an asset but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, take direction, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $62,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
