The Business Management job family includes a broad array of non-IT specific process control and management functions. Individuals within this job family generally focus on one or more of the functional specialties described below.

What you will do **.
- Manages end-to-end delivery of highly complex business management functions and helps to set strategic direction.
- Manages process for determining business engineering deliverables, resources and schedules.
- May lead a medium sized team - crossfunctional.
- May manage all the business management functions for a very large department or a highly complex business management function at the subdivision or division.
- Strategic Planning specialists partner with IT & Digital leaders and business managers to define an organization’s vision, goals and values, and support moving the organization towards the envisioned future state with focus and alignment.
- Process Planning Specialists partner with IT & Digital leaders and business managers to define an organization’s control methods, procedural framework and associated workflows to align how the organization performs a variety of functions with consistent and repeatable methodology.

**Business Management functions include**:

- financial planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, reporting and control;
- human capital (resource) planning, tracking, analysis and control;
- demand & operational performance management, tracking, analysis, forecasting, reporting and control
- process definition, governance and strategic planning;
- communications, information management, general reporting and administration.
- enterprise release management, planning, packaging, delivery, risk management and governance;
- supplier relationship management, contract negotiation support and administration
- executive/administrative support, clerical and decision support and general administration.
- Provides change leadership at functional unit level and supports organizational direction
- Primarily focuses on establishing overall frameworks, models and standards to achieve outputs
- Defines strategic drivers and direction, as well as accountability for functional and organizational performance targets
- Has job tasks aligned with specific business / IT functions at a functional level.
- Division / major functional area and direction / strategic (organization) breadth.
- Influences highly complex business management decisions which has impact on strategic direction.
