Our WorkWell team is looking for a Well-Being Services Partner to join our Action team in delivering services to WorkWell partners to improving their ability to understand, manage, and improve the well-being of employees and workplace culture of their organizations.

In this role, you will be involved with identifying partner needs, and developing and delivering our Action products and services to partners, including learning and development, HR consulting, coaching and/or advising solutions.

**What You Will Do**
- Deliver virtual and in-person workshops, courses, and retreats, including working with our learning management system (LMS) to deliver hybrid or asynchronous workshops to WorkWell clients/partners for the purpose of improving their ability to understand, manage, and improve the well-being of employees and workplace culture of their organizations.
- Working with the Directors to plan, deliver and execute on HR consulting projects to meet partner needs ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet quality and impact standards.
- Support the development of new Action products and services, including learning and development content in a variety of modalities while considering the end-to-end value chain for insights and value creation.
- Review and integrate feedback data on experience and success of content and delivery while ensuring that feedback questions help us to continuously innovate and improve our products, services, and partner relationships.
- Build and manage relationships with partners. Assist in business development opportunities based on partner lifecycle maturity by collaborating with other members of the team.
- Document key processes and output, maintain up to date partner records to ensure value add service.

**What’s Needed for Success**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in psychology, behavioral sciences, organizational behaviour, human resources, business or similar required. One or more courses in research methods and data analysis would be a significant asset.
