**Status**: Hourly, Full Time

**JOB SUMMARY**

Primary duties of this position are to assist in receiving and packaging orders, and occasionally will be required to complete stock pulls for customer orders. Will receive in all parcels from couriers, ensuring packages are correctly accounted for. Identify all incoming products, breakdown, and allocate to the correct department.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following:

- Receiving in all parcels correctly and allocating to the correct department.
- Breakdown and place all products into the correct bins, ensuring all conveyers are clear at day end.
- Completing stock pulls for customer orders.
- Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment, ensuring all orders are packaged and labeled correctly.
- Report any delivery problems to supervisor.
- Maintain an organized shipping environment
- Maintain our focus on customer service while performing various order processing tasks
- Occasional business related phone calls to inside and outside sales and customer service
- Light lifting up to 25 pounds
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.

Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.

**METRIC & MEASUREMENT**
- Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
- Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard.
- Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.

**EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY**

Introductory Review
- Will be written at approximately 90 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly reviews - Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews - Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is 9.00am - 6.00p with lunch from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional time as needed.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

The environment is a professional open office environment located in the production warehouse and shipping area. Dress attire is casual but professional closed-toe, hard soled shoes must be worn. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
