Inhouse Cold Caller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and communicating with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and sales skills to contribute to our company's growth.

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
