Charles River Development is looking for a client support specialist for a new Managed Account platform, the CRD Wealth Hub. In this role you will interface with engineering teams, product management, business units and customers who are Asset managers. This role will support the Lead Testing and Training VP. This includes but is not limited to, supporting clients with product questions, leading testing calls with Asset Managers, solving client issues and participating in functionality testing after platform upgrades.

**Why this role is important to us**

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

**What you will be responsible for**

As Wealth Hub Client Support Specialist, you will
- Responsible for coordinating the tasks with Asset Manager training and testing in both pre-production and production environments.
- Create process documentation.
- Support Wealth Hub clients by answering product related questions and helping to solve product issues.
- Provide support to the Testing and Training Certification Lead.
- Track and report issues through the request management software, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Participate in functionality/sanity testing during weekend upgrade windows.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- A college degree is required - finance or technical degree is desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills
- An innovative approach to work, constantly looking to be more efficient and effective
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
