**Responsibilities**:
- Remove supports from components (Aluminum, Titanium, Steel and Nickle based alloys)
- Clean and wash parts per operating procedures
- Responsible to visually inspect completed work for craftsmanship
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining work area
- Work and share knowledge within a team environment
- Read and understand blueprints to develop deburring requirements
- Develop and contribute to internal operating procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and cooperate within a team
- Good communication skills
- Experience with deburring, polishing, grinding, and sanding, using various hand and power tools
**Work Conditions**:
- Fast-Paced environment, clean and highly technological
- Physically demanding at times
- Manual dexterity required
- Standing and sitting for extended periods
