As we expand our reach and explore new opportunities, we're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

**Requirements**:
As a Business Development Manager at Waff Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships, forging new relationships, and maximizing growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company objectives;
- Identify and prioritize potential business opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
- Negotiate and finalize quotes, RFP, and terms of partnership;
- Collaborate closely with the operational team;
- Some of your skills will require cold calling, client engagement and building relationships;
- This is an **energetic on-site** position where you'll **collaborate closely** with a **supportive team**. As a junior, you'll benefit from **direct access to experienced colleagues** who can offer **mentorship and guidance**. **Qualifications**:
Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management or web-based software programs (Loading Boards)

FLUENT in ENGLISH AND FRENCH. MINIMUM 5 YEARS experience in CANADA.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
